Concrete Driveway & Floor Contractors in Gaylordsville, CT

"We had a great experience with Perez Asphalt & Paving! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and right on time. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and most importantly, they really knew what they were doing. We had some water drainage issues that needed to be addressed, and they took the time to understand the problem and make sure the paving was done properly to handle the water. That attention to detail really stood out. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and we are very happy with the finished work. I would definitely recommend Perez Asphalt & Paving to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a company that truly cares about doing the job right!"

"Contractor's craftmanship was great. Although I was not able to get exactly what I wanted in one of my areas due to existing cement,, the final work product was nice. Very clean, conscious contractors. . . the work was quality."

"The price for the 1st phase of our project was done professionally and quickly. The area looks fantastic! Then we had them install a drainage system and now there no water pouring into our home during heavy rains. Finally the crew put concrete down on our dirt floor that was never done in the 100 years of the house life. The crew was friendly and always careful to be very tidy when working and James (and his lovely wife) were a joy to work with from the beginning to the end. 100% satisfied with their work. AND, their price for everything was $1,000's below other estimates. Helped that they were so easy to work with during the job."
