"A & D Exteriors completed a complete roof installation at my home. Excellent work! A & D met with me to evaluate the job and provided a great overview presentation for me of what would be done. Working with Dustin setting up the project was so easy. He listened to my concerns and areas that I wanted to focus on with regard to the roof. Katrina was great, helping us select the materials that would complement our home. I had two layers of roof that had to be removed. The crew did this so quickly and efficiently. They addressed areas of wood that needed to be fixed with no problem. I also had bathroom vents routed properly to the roof as well. Bath vents were not properly routed before, and Dustin had this correction as part of our project. They use the best vents on the market for this. Robert’s roof caps. "Home Genius Exteriors is amazing! I have been impressed throughout the whole process with their high level of professionalism and depth of expertise. Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"I contacted several roofers from Angieslist and gotten bids. I became comfortable with Titan in the process. I felt I am getting more value for the $$$ so at the end I went with them. The way Tim Niles (?) presented and persuaded is excellent. He answered all my stupid questions and he was not pushy. His knowledge about roofing is commendable. I even told him he deserves a honorable phD in roofing. 
1. Once I signed the agreement, I was forrtunate they were able to schedule my work in just two days. My project  took 2 days 
2. material (shingle bundles, ridges, weather proofing underlayment) has been delivered one day before work start. BTW, I like their synthetic underlayment called PALISADE.
3. First day, 8 member crew started showing up around 7:30 in the morning. They waited for the dumpster which showed up in few minutes and they started tearing off old shingles. Mine is 4000sft roof and it has a pillar type structure which takes while. First day was Friday. But rain was in the forecast for the rest of the week end. THIS IS WHAT I LIKED. They only opened the roof what they were sure they could install new shingles on that day. They started and finished back section and by 6pm they are gone. Trailer has been hauled away.
4. The weather forecast became reality. It rained and would have caused damage if opened the entire roof. I am very glad they didn't. It rained on Monday as well. They didn't show. Tuesday was clear day and again they started early and finished late 7:30pm.
5. They cleaned up very well after their work EACH day. Again important, because we had backyard BBQ party (small kids playing in the backyard) that weekend while the project is still ongoing.
6. They covered my bushes with tarps before they started the project
7. They have not charged me any extra for wood they used (3 sheets are included in the contract and they used 3 sheets). I find them very honest in breaking my pocket with extras.
8. Tim Niles (?not sure about his last name), came after couple of weeks of the project completion and double checked and confirmed with me that they did every thing they promised. Only then he asked for the check!
9. Later I got my GAF lifetime warranty in the mail as promised
I find them honest, prompt, professional and more than anything they value my business!
All in all I am extremely happy with Titan and I am sure if something unforeseen happens I am confident Titan will help sort it out.
