The job was done efficiently and within the 2 hour approx estimated time. She shared that they have recently moved to the area from Florida which explains all her previous reviews and shared experiences. When I returned to a fresh and cleanly smelling house I paid her in cash with the agreed amount with no hassle. I plan to continue having her on a monthly basis! "TERRIBLE!!! I have had weekly cleanings since May. I would have fired them sooner but am recovering from breast cancer & needed the help. The cleaning team comes at the wrong time, then I am charged for rescheduling. But Merry Maids skips a cleaning because they're short staffed or forget about a holiday, Merry Maids cancels with no recourse. They always miss something (floors, trash, dusting, toilets) & then when your contractual obligation is up they increase the price. If you complain about poor service or fail to give the team a tip you be targeted. Absolutely the worst cleaning company I've ever worked with."
