On a scale of 5 stars, PROPOSAL (??????????): complete, in the ballpark of what others quoted but with differences - a very detailed materials list, and advice and great suggestions. COMMUNICATION (??????????): OMG, in the very best of ways. Christian Olivares kept us informed about the status of the project and answered our questions before we could ask them. THE TEAM (??????????): the team worked hard, very hard non-stop 7AM - 5:30 everyday with only a 30 minute lunch break. RESPECT (??????????): Always.
