He promised he would stop by. It's now August. I've yet to see or hear from him. <br /> Out of frustration, I sent him another e-mail a few weeks ago. This time, I included pictures of what needed to be addressed. Still no response. <br /> Customer service after the sale, in my opinion, is non-existent with this company. He appears to be more concerned with making a sale then servicing after to be sure a customer's investment holds up. Jaiden will get no repeat business from us or recommendations to friends, etc. <br /> I rated Jaiden a and quot;Dand quot; for professionalism because of the poor responsive and customer service. <br /> We had a new patio with walkway installed this summer by another company. <br />"
