"Went very well. Floor had been installed a few years back by someone who obviously didn't know what they were doing. Did not have an uncoupling membrane and tile and grout were cracking and deteriorating. Took a little longer than originally planned due to unexpected moisture issues, which were corrected. Quality of workmanship is excellent and result is exactly what I was looking for. I expect that this floor will hold up where the previously installed one did not. "The problem was not the quality of the work on the fence as much as the lack of experience of the workman. Sufficient information was not gathered about what might potentially cause a problem or be of concern. For example, no thought was given to the sprinkler system layout and as a result the line was broken in two places in the digging of post holes. These two broken lines were not repaired so the use of the connecting lines was impossible. He promised to come back to fix the problem but did not.  The other problem was the construction of the gates. They tend to flare at the bottom...not sure of the cause. <br /> I accept that I could have been more informed on what to elaborate on with a young craftsman. Therefore, I would likely use them again but be more specific in the initial phase. <br />"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."
