"Kevin Zakk did an amazing job with a very difficult space. The shower is super small and he and his crew handled it very well. There was water damage, old tile, terrible pipes and ruined sub flooring. Had I not known about it before hand, I would have never know it was difficult to remove and replace in that small space. The work is excellent. The crew was so nice and never complained. "

"Working with West Shore Home was a pure pleasure. From the beginning to the end, each step in the process was filled with customer service and attention to detail. You will pay a little more than hiring a subcontractor and doing it yourself, but the numerous risks and issues that could arise from doing this are too many to count. We had a cookie cutter bathtub and stand up shower next to each other removed, and replaced by a full stand up, custom walk in shower with acrylic wall panels, and a bench seat to shave your legs. The salesman, Bobbi, was fantastic to talk to and work with. He helped navigate us through the design, to arrive at the result we truly wanted / needed. Bobbi was fun, friendly, professional, and loyal to his West Shore Home family. Bobbi explained the benefits of working with West Shore Home, versus subcontracting. Time and quality were the two deciding factors for us. West Shore did not disappoint. After working with Bobbi on the front end, we met with Gerry, the installation manager, along with Bobbi, in our home to discuss the upcoming installation. Both Gerry and Bobbi worked to ensure the details were accurately documented, and to ensure the soundness, quality, and layout of the design would be on point. Up to installation day, we were contacted by many friendly West Shore Home reps to ensure we were ready for the installation and asked if we had any questions. The installers arrived on time, laid out floor protecting mats into a carpet, and worked diligently. Our installers were Steve (senior installer) and Logan (junior installer). Steve and Logan were friendly, considerate, and professional. Both men were excited to work on this opportunity, and were kind enough to answer my many questions as they worked through the installation. Through every step of the installation, Steve checked with me and my wife to ensure we would be satisfied with the location of plumbing and the overall aesthetics. The speed and quality of Steve and Logan are unmatched. Their swift process and building skills were a welcoming change to my previous experiences with other skilled laborers. I appreciated most that Steve and Logan communicated with ease and attention, without concern for me slowing down their progress. They were truly interested in getting to a final result that my wife and I were satisfied with. Upon completion, Steve and Logan explained what they did, and discussed post care of our bathroom. I'm happy we went with West Shore Home, instead of cutting corners to save some money. We also have a warranty with this company that we wouldn't have had otherwise. I would recommend working with West Shore Home if you want a low maintenance bathroom with seamless, grout-free acrylic wall panels. We now have a walk-in spa-like shower that looks like a fancy walk-in with tile (we chose champagne travertine with the subway tile look), without the tripled cost and headaches of high maintenance. The addition has also increased the allure of our home (if we ever decide to sell). We are completely satisfied with the entire process, the ease of working with this company, the honesty of all (4) men we worked with - Bobbi, Gerry, Steve, Logan, and the final results. My wife is so happy with finally having the one thing she's wanted for her home, and I'm happy that not one thing went wrong. Best installation we've ever experienced, and would gladly, without question, recommend West Shore Home to anyone else. "We gave Terinelli a poor review and of course it was not well recieved. There is absolutely no doubt that we were justified. We just had to remove the wall behind the shower because of a leak from poor plumbing. As a result, we had mold and had to pay a company for mold removal / remediation. Around $1000 in repairs. Initially, we gave them a bad review for several reasons: They had to tear out the tile because itcwas so poorly done. If we had not called them on it, they would just left it the way it was. They did not stick to the schedule. They dumped debris into the vent in the floor. We found that out when the mold company came. They never completed the deep cleaning as an apology for all of their mishaps. The list just goes on and on. If I could, I would upload the pictures of the damage from the leak. If you do hire this company, I would definitely inspect their work before payment."

"This is the second time I have used 1st Source for remodeling. First time was to move wall, create a unique entry way, and improve line of sight in the house. The result was just what I wanted, and unique and pretty stunning. On time and under budget. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was demolished. New kitchen island created with sink, counter and dishwasher (that required cracking concrete and moving plumbing. All new kitchen cabinets, pantry, counters, backsplash, flooring. The project came out perfect. Achieve what I wanted including maximizing space, cabinets, and again, a uniqueness to distinguish my home from others in the neighborhood. All quality products, new appliances, wonderful sub-contractors, CLEAN, exacting, responsive. This major project also came in on-time and under budget, even when additions/changes were made on the fly. Jon is so easy to work with, and collaborative. There is not another professional with whom I would want to do business. You can take advice, and trust that what is being told is to achieve the desired outcome. If one has a project, call 1st Source, and just know that it will be what you want."

"If you are reading this review, you must be thinking of using Bathkingz. Before deciding to utilize their services, read on and decide if this is the type of experience you want. I am leaving personal opinion and speculation out of this review, and just stating the facts. First, I give this company a one star, but it does not apply to the quality of work. After 19 days since the demo of our old shower started, we still do not have a working shower, so I can not comment on quality of work. Here are the facts of our situation and you can decide if you really want to use this company or not. In February, we agreed to let Bathkingz provide us with a new shower. We had a new construction house, and were told quite a few times by them 2-3 days after material arrived to complete the job. We also told them we wanted to move into house in mid April, and they assured us there would be ample time to get the material in and get shower completed before we moved in. In Early April we contacted them to see how things were progressing and we were assured around April 9th our material would arrive. On April 10th, a team came out and started demo on our old shower. It looked like everything would be done in time for us to hire a painter and move in around mid April as planned. On April 14th, the crew came out and started the installation of new shower, this continued on the 15th. The crew only works a few hours a day and the speed in which they moved did not leave us a lot of hope that the shower would be completed before April 16th as we had a painter scheduled on 16th and we were scheduled to move in on 18th with a moving company. So we decided to ask one of the crew members how long it would take as we were told 2-3 days. They told us never 2-3 days, and maybe by end of week. So we ended up postponing the Painter and we were able to get the moving company to agree to move us on Monday April 21st thinking at least the shower would be done. On the 17th the crew only worked for a few hours, and on April 18th one person came out to install the shower head. That was last work that has been done on our shower. Since we moved in on the 21st and it was Easter, we decided to wait till Tuesday the 22nd to contact Bathkingz to see what was going on. We were informed that there was some material that was damaged in transit, and that the manufacturer was expediting shipping of the material and it should arrive by end of week. That was the first we heard of that. So we patiently waited until end of week, hoping we would hear something, and of course we did not, so on Monday, April 28, we reached out once again to Bathkingz and was told the parts department verified the material was delivered in, but that needed to be verified. So the owner does not trust his own parts department, but somehow expects everyone to trust him. It is now Tuesday morning April 29th. It has been 19 days we have been living without a shower. In addition, they have left material and the shower doors in my garage, and we can not put a car in the garage because of this.We still have no idea if and when our shower will be completed, and only get vague communications with no follow up as to when the shower will be completed. I decided to try this method to see if we can get a more definitive answer as to when our shower will be completed. Randy, I see you read and respond to reviews, so you stated your crew needed 1 more full day to complete the shower. I am planning on updating this review everyday with what has happened the previous 24 hours, and if you want to show your company is better than a 1 star company, just respond to this review with when our shower will be completed by"
