Once we settled on Baumann's Landscaping as our contractor, we called Rick and the crew were out the next morning promptly at 9am. We were expecting two days of work to clear the brush, but they completed the job in 4 hours. The crew went above and beyond, killing vines choking our trees, mulching all the deadfall, and pushing the brush line all the way back beyond the trees (we live on Maryland wetlands). Angela provided several design options for new plantings of shrubs, trees and flowers in our backyard, and was very receptive to ideas we offered. Brian was on the scene at the beginning and at critical times during the project and then visited the following week to ensure all was well. He offered tips for ongoing maintenance and rolled up his sleeves to do a few little extras. The crew was hard working, pleasant , and careful to implement the work according to plan. "Two Brothers Landscaping are very professional and responsible company. The crew they sent was very respectful and did a fantastic job. My yard was shining after all the deep cleaning provided. "When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"The Tree People did a great job, they were skilled professionals, respected property and cleaned and replaced items back , had a small mishap not due to human error and the gentleman corrected it. I only wish I had a beer tip to give to them. Awesome job especially the climber they were unable to use the bucket truck because of dynamics of my yard I especially liked the fact they checked with utility company prior to removal. Great Job Tree People."

"When I emailed Pro Arbor, they contacted me by phone within a few hours and scheduled their arborist, Adam, to come the next business day. Adam arrived a few minutes early, which was wonderful, and looked carefully at each of our three large trees in the front yard. He then explained the issues with each tree and made suggestions for each one for now and for the future. He arranged to do the work two days later. Adam himself showed up with the crew right on time on the service day, and he introduced me to all of the crew members. The guys worked quickly and carefully, and when they were done, they showed me exactly what they'd done to each tree and what we should think about next time they come. When the invoice came, it didn't reflect a discount I'd purchased via Angie's list, but Alice fixed the problem within hours. Their emails, telephone calls, and in-person contacts were among the most professional I've ever encountered with home-services providers. I will definitely be calling them in a few years to trim our trees again. Working with them was simply a terrific experience.
