Owner basically wiped his hands clean and told us to call the police. Movers also damaged irreplaceable antiques. Careless and unprofessional. Find another company. I can understand an owner cannot control employees, but the way Bobby handled it was awful."

"WORST MOVE EVER! This was our 9th cross country move. Day 1, packers arrived 5 hours late and only packed for 3 hours. Day 2: Packers got Sharpie Marker on bathroom wall, but wouldn't take responsibility for it. Packers didn?t pack the Master Bathroom, and wouldn't come back into my house to do it. Truck driver packed items. Packers wouldn't come back in to get extra boxes and packing papers. Movers damaged a bedroom doorframe and the hallway wall in 3 different places. Movers were vaping and smoking on the driveway, jumping on our mattresses, lifting weights and dropping them. Our things didn't fit into the moving truck. They threw the leftover items into the Packer's truck. Nothing was tied down, boxes were on a slant. I called the President of the company to seek help. He told me I sounded hysterical, that I "need to know how to work with these people," that his team was the best, and that I was causing the stress. Many of our items did not arrive. I regret choosing this company."
