"I booked these people to come out and clean my mothers carpet while she was in the hospital. They assured me they would be here to clean the carpets on Monday. They never showed up but my mother was released from the hospital. So I had to keep her at my house. They never notified me they were not showing up. Not a phone call not a text. I had to call them to find out they were on the other side of the state and would not be here today. They guarantee they would be here the next day, and again they did not arrive. I called the pro number was cut off. So then I called home advisor and they basically told me to just arrange for the carpets to be done by somebody else while my mother waited at my house because her house was tore up waiting for the carpets to be done. They offered just a $10 discount on another company when they should have offered half price. I am disgusted."

"I am terribly upset with Sears! The gentleman did fix my washer, however caused damages to my home in the process. I have been trying for nonths to get reimbursed for the repairs, and nothing! I was told to get estimates which I did. I had to pay out of my pocket for the repairs, money that I cannot afford. I was told by sears that I would be reimbursed. I have been fighting this battle now for months. If damages were caused by your repair man it is up to your company to fix the situation and it wasn’t. I am paying for a warranty service, the service call, plus the repairs to my home. You don’t back up your work at all. This is poor customer service from your company. A disgrace"
