"WOW!!!! OMG are the only other 3 letters I could speak when WOW Factor Surface Renew completed the work in our kitchen. We recently had a fire in our kitchen that damaged two of our cabinets. We didn’t want to repaint all of them so we had to refinish just the affected cabinets. We also had some holes that were previously improperly patched in our drawers from the old hardware we had replaced. Kent from Wow factor came in and took on the challenge and did an amazing job refinishing the cabinet frame, doors and our drawers with the patched holes. He did such a great job, the cabinets look brand new again!! In my case, I would outline the new in re­NEW. The team is manage by Ralph, who I believe is a natural leader and manager in the field. He's very responsive, respectful, prompt, pays attention to details, he addresses your concerns attentively and take action on them in a timely manner; Overall Ralph is fair in terms of prices and manages his team of workers professionally. I must say one of the workers name Larry has great work ethic and many thanks to him also. As an active duty soldier, I manage my Tampa home from out of states, Ralph and team made the process from far so easy and help minimized the stress associated with home improvement and dealing with construction work!! I'm also a very detail person and can spot imperfections from photos, so if they were any miscommunication, Ralph handled them professionally and promptly. Just to name a few work I had done in a very short period of time, you'll see the variety of skills sets these guys possess. They started after Thanksgiving and was done way before Christmas, any delay was because I kept adding new projects :-)) 1- Remodeled master and guest bathroom (I replaced both vanities with new vanities; replace mirrors, new faucets, new paints, new towel rods, new toilet paper holder installed, new shower head set replaced; glazed/refinished two bathtubs, glazed guest shower wall to new more modern white color, clean, caulk, &seal tiles, replace drain cover in shower) 2- Paint: Painted all bedrooms, closets, most of the main living areas were also repainted, Painted exterior front porch that was peeling off!; painted outdoor shed. They even re-paint my back door that looked so moldy and dirty! 3- Replaced smoke detectors 4- Pressure washing the whole house, driveway and fence 5- Replace wood trims that was peeling off from my laminated floor at the entry way. 6- Installed backlash in the kitchen 7- install tile in my shower floor! I can keep going but I don't want to bored many of you with this lengthy reviews. Ralph and team went above and beyond and I would hire them from now on for all my projects and would recommend you do the same."
