"I have a large, difficult lot with many challenges. I asked Ken to design an easily maintainable garden within a $40k budget. There were some successes, and some great disappointments. Unfortunately,, I?m now trying to finish an area that he called a ?meadow? where he threw down some mixed flower/grasses seed over rocky, barren soil with a gravel path. What I have are weeds and grasses. Other areas are over planted with shrubs planted to close to each other and on top of each other. I asked several times for a plant map, what I got was a list of plants. He planted an orchard even though I warned him of the many deer that are here. He insisted, after they devastated the trees that they couldn?t get over the fence?"
