They are licensed and insured, gave me a very reasonable estimate, arrived on time, completed the work very well and didn't leave a mess behind, found two additional cracks, moved a bunch of our stuff so they could fix those cracks, and put all of our stuff back, and finished the job in a timely manner. "Weston came out, inspected the roof and provided an estimate. I had 2 other estimates. With the 5% discount Truebuilt was offering for Angie's List members, his estimate came in the lowest, and with the good reports on Angie's List, I hired him. Work was performed a few weeks later and all went well. Months later when we had a heavy rain, I discovered a roof leak near the chimney leaking into the attic. I texted Weston and he replied immediately. His guys came out within a few days and repaired the leak. When it rained again soon after, I found it was leaking in the same place, just not as bad. Weston again was immediately on this, came out himself to do a thorough inspection to try to find the problem. He was very apologetic and said he'd make sure this was corrected. His guys came out again in a few days and did repair work again. This time it worked because it rained again fairly soon after and success, no leak. What impressed me the most was Weston's immediate response to me once I contacted him about the leak. I was afraid I might get the run around like you do with so many contractors but, I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for his immediate action to resolve the leak. I know he was busy with other customers but he gave my issue priority, and that meant a lot to me. "They completed the job in 1 day and left the place perfectly clean.  I was very pleased with the speed of the job and the quality that came with it.  There was a small issue with some primer showing through in the bath where we had a dark color used, but he had his lead painter come back the next day and re-coat (overall, 2 days).  Both areas blend into the rest of the house's texture seamlessly.  I have had many compliments on those areas.  Great JOB!!  I will definitely hire again when I do the next two areas!
