"# Generator Repair Nightmare Had issues with my Generac 32KW (installed March 2023). In January 2025, it wouldn't start. Feb 4: Submitted service request Feb 11: Mike came but couldn't fix it Feb 26: Replaced part - didn't work Mar 14: Replaced another part - still broken Apr 2: Replaced wiring harness - no success Major problems with this company: - Poor communication (weeks of silence) - Multiple failed repair attempts - Technician eventually said "I CANNOT FIX IT" and told me to call Generac myself - Never sent promised documentation of work done During a March storm, I spent $1000 at Harbor Freight on a temporary generator. As a business owner, I'm appalled that a certified Generac contractor would give up and shift responsibility to the customer. After two months of "service," my generator still doesn't work. "The service was too expensive. There was a charge of $125.00 to diagnose the issue, Replace a ceiling fan. I had purchased the replacement. The tech had to remove my old ceiling fan & replace it with the new fan I had purchased. The total charge was $395.00. Too expensive."

The crew was exceptional, communicated very well and cleaned literally any sort of dirt or debris that may have occurred during the work. We ran into trouble that was from the building the next day, and someone was here within the hour to take a look for us and to fix the issue. Can not say anything negative about the crew or business, they are truly the amazing. "
