Ron said he thought he could repair it withot a major effort. When we first called him he aswered the phone from a job site and had us call back to leave contact info. He came out to look at the job two days after we contacted him and scheduled to come out early the next week. His estimate was for $260. He said he always wanted to estimate high and only charge what was required. He showed up a few minutes early and repaired the door without a problem. His actual charge was $75.

For a 1 man crew he got it done within a week doing my entire upstairs floor minus the bedrooms. Very personable and had good educational talks while he was here. He also drywalled a room, remodeled 2 bathrooms and took out a glass slider door and put in french doors.I recommend very much. Unfortunately I can't find all my pictures."
