"We recently hired Faith Works Tree Care & Landscaping LLC to remove 9 large cottonwood trees from our backyard, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. These trees were extremely tall, and I had been genuinely worried about the removal process. Their team made it look easy. "The install itself was fast and relatively pain free, which is why this is a 2 star instead of a 1 star review. However, the windows themselves are awful, to the point where we feel swindled. They were noticeably drafty in the winter, and we can hear literally everything happening outside. Additionally, when doing our taxes this year, we realized that the windows they installed are only certified for energy efficiency in the Southern US -- basically, Florida and Texas. They do not meet the certification standards for Colorado, even though we emphasized energy efficiency as a motivator, inquired multiple times about the rebate process, and after the entire sales pitch was based on how they're based in Colorado and are designed to handle the high UV and swings in temperature. The actual contracts that we received had no information about specific model numbers for the windows either -- they only say 'Infinity' as the brand, so we couldn't have looked it up even if we had the foresight."

SWi, LLC offers the finest in gate automation, access controls, fence installation, sprinkler installation, landscape installation and minor concrete flatwork. In the summer SWi typically has 12-15 employees and 4-5 crews to ensure the best customer service experience from prompt estimates to on-time installations. Almost all work is self performed so that we can better control the schedule and quality. Typically we collect a deposit at contract acceptance and the remainder at completion. Payment can be made with credit cards but an additional fee will be charged. Cash and checks are always free.

"What a mess! The ceiling fan still clicks and shakes, the closet doors are hard to close and don't close all the way. The concrete on the back porch is cracked and flakes off even after ABD had the first pour ripped out and replaced. The shop floor 40 ft long has a 1+ ft drop from the back to the front making it impossible to put tool boxes, shelves or tables in without using blocks to level each item. The shop was to be completely finished, they didn't install trim and put wiring in the bathroom on top of the drywall for the heater. They never missed collecting money, but the quality is a big miss! I wouldn't recommend ABD to build or remodel anything!"
