Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! "He was very upfront with us and told us exactly how it would go.  We just told him to do what he could and he just did what he could.  He did fix the problem.  He was friendly and professional.  As far as I’m concerned plumbers don’t weigh too much, no matter who they are.  I think the going rate is $100 an hour or so, and so he charge us the same.  He was fine with the appointments and he didn’t damage anything.  We had him out here a year ago to remove an old soft water piston.  I liked him then and that’s why I called him the second time.  He did a good job.  He usually comes out as soon as he can.  Time before last when he did the water softening, I think it took him a day to get out here.  It was the next day after I called.  With this last plumbing faucet thing, he was out the same day; in fact within two hours I think.  He is very responsive.  I don’t think his price is high but I just think plumbers want too much money.  The quality is very good.  I will use his services again in the future."

"I was not totally happy with the final performance. After they preformed the dry wall work, the painter came to start his work.  The painter explained the work was not up to specification. However, I worked with Cady Handyman over the phone to resolve the issue. They acknowledged everything was not as good as it could have been.  They resolved the issue as best as they could. They even offered for someone to return and make the repairs. I declined because the painter was ready to paint the following day."
