"We hired Bill Dow to do some electrical work for us. We are new to the area, so I searched Angie's list and saw all the great reviews he had. Bill showed up right on time to. Give us an estimate. He was very courteous and reasonable. We had him add an outside LED to our garage, update the back outside flood lights to LED's, add a 3way switch to an existing outside light, add 2 outlets, one outside and one in the master bath (GFI). He also added and outlet to our basement. when he arrived to do the work, he showed up on time, did a very neat job and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. We had him pick out the outside LED flood lights, as we were not sure what we needed. The units he picked are nice, bright and light up the back and side yards perfectly. Everything was done as he stated. We are both very fussy. He did the job as if we had done it ourselves, (if we could have!) It is perfect. We would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him. He deserves a 5 star rating!"

"Frank fixed a faulty outlet in our laundry room in the recent past. He went out of his way for that small job and we really appreciated it. So, when our lights were flickering and some decided to stop working, he was the first person we thought of to call. He took a few minutes to discuss on the phone the problems we were encountering and offered some suggestions. We were at work trying to address the problem. Frank came by the house within 15 minutes of our conversation to check out the issue, luckily other family was home. Long story short, the electricity problem was an outside line power company issue. Frank made the call to the power company and the issues with electricity in our home were resolved later that morning. Frank is trustworthy and does right by his clients. Others might not have been so honest when figuring out the electricity issues. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He is on our speed-dial for all of our electrical concerns and needs."

"Our goal was to built a custom boulder wall to match our existing custom wall and have a custom firepit sit on the wall surrounded by a slate sitting area. We originally contacted Rotten Rock from signage that was placed in front of another job that we would admire on our drive. From the moment we connected with Rotten Rock owners Todd and Henry we were confident they were the right people for our challenging job. They started by taking us to a similar site to show us a recent job that was close to our plan. Needless to stay the job was amazing and gave us the additional level of confidence to make the commitment to move forward. I ask and they said "i don't know" i said what about the old one and was told they will be dumby ones.
