Home and Business Services pitched in & helped me in so many ways I cannot possibly list them. I had to empty the house of almost all belongings, make substantial repairs throughout the house of every nature (electric, plumbing carpentry, you name it) , replace doors, take trips to the dump, paint some areas, etc. He did not say no to anything and everything was completed timely, to perfection. I then had to get the house up to Air BnB standards with new furnishings, hang artwork, organize, etc. I do not live anywhere near Nashville. There is no way the house would be up and running & doing well with its rentals without his services.
