Despite my eventual supplying excellent hinges (& they never credited $$ back to me, for hinges they took back-- & am terribly confused about how they installed what I purchased, without even thinking how to secure, & without regard my expense, the furthest out screw is between boards & while I offered the bolts, pure wisdom says, at least, use some washers!! And the gate should've been trimmed at the top on one side -- so many others have commented "shabby work". & all say the gate should be redone & done right. They never did backfill the fence posts...I agree with another review...they say they know how to do the privacy fence right, then they fail to do so, or answer emails. They begin tasks well, then slow down to wks & now months passing. While I corrected a prior low rating, when they sent someone to correct...I now have to revert back!!!"

Maintenance is dependable and they have modified regular pruning of shrubs and bushes for my specific request, "a free-flowing" look in pruning. Design projects have been collaborative with several options given, photos, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"I called to request a bid on Monday for routine lawn care with a probability of landscaping later in the year. An appointment for an evaluator was made for the next day. I was impressed with the evaluator and had them in first place based on his presentation. I asked for the bid to be made by Friday (3 days later) and was assured that Fridays were his day of writing and submitting bids. No bid arrived. When I called on Saturday, I got voicemail. Support staff called back on Monday and I was told that a bid would arrive on Friday (11 days after the first call). I stressed that I was eager to make a decision, and that 10 days seemed like a long wait when most providers had bids in 1-3 days after the visit. The support staff said that the following Friday would be the soonest possible. I called Friday morning to verify that a bid was coming that day and was assured that it was. No bid was received by 4 pm, so I called again and got voicemail. I have not heard back from them. I don't know if it is a case of cruelty or incompetence, but it is surely unprofessional to string me along for 12 days when others took 1-3 days. If they decided not to bid, they could have told me rather than "ghosting" me and wasting my time with false promises."
