"Angie's List turned up Robin's Cleaning Service as a possible contractor for carpet cleaning. We went with her since she's independent and relatively local (Gretna). She came today, worked hard for over two hours to clean our Master BR and closet, lower staircase and roughly 1/4 of the lower living area, and did a lovely, attentive and thorough job for $225. Very pleasant--does carpets and other cleaning, painting, landscaping, mowing and pressure washing between morning and evening school bus driving for Gretna public schools (all three levels). "Searching the internet for local cleaners to complete a deep clean prior to the holiday was a stressful and tedious process. "Treated myself to a Big Deal for $99 (6 hrs of cleaning, or 3hrs with 2 people). This is the 2nd time I’ve had someone clean my house, the previous time was also an Angie’s List Big Deal, about 2 years ago. I was so pleased with their services. Paula and her co-worker worked diligently and left my house sparkling. I have a split level home, about 1,500 square feet, occupied by 4 adults and a furry dog. When Paula arrived we discussed my priorities. They were the 3 bathrooms (one was especially in rough shape) and the kitchen. I told her anything else would be bonus as far as I was concerned. They did a great job with the bathrooms and the kitchen, and on top of that vacuumed the living/dining room, hallway & stairs, and mopped the tile floor in my family room. It was so wonderful to have this taken care of before the holiday season."

"Project started as "remove carpet glue from a concrete basement floor". The project evolved into removal of peel and stick tiles from the entryway, cleaning the glue from both the tile section as the carpet area, filled divets left by the carpet tack strips, painted the floor with epoxy-sealant. He came to give me a quote and when we agreed, he left and returned the same day with a worker to begin the project and returned on Saturday to complete the job. They were very easy to work with; good work ethics; and very reasonable in price. I suggested they add "Handyman" to their accomplishments. Please contact me for additional references.
