"The experience was top notch, start to finish. My e-mail queries were answered immediately, and any e-mail sent me was followed by a call with the same information and vice versa. The company's owner came to my home and took about an hour to survey what needed to be done and explain in detail the repair process, materials used, warranty, and price. The workmen were on time, did a good job, and cleaned up the backyard thoroughly."

"I am not happy with them. When I have a problem it is always not their fault. I got some box woods that were dying out and they said it is not their fault and it is a virus. Interestingly in my backyard I have 4 of them that I have kind of kept and reserved them in case one dies that they are treating and of those 4, non of them are dying. I have used them for my yard and I have been pleased with them for the yard. They charge 37$ a trip and they come 5-6 times to do various treatments."
