"I never leave negative reviews but after patiently waiting for a response from Michele, I have up. First of all, she tried to cancel the day of the project, I begged her not to because I was desperate for help. She arrived super late, left me with a bigger mess and did a terrible job. She charged me $285 and my family and I ordered food and had her join us. She hung up pajamas and discombobulated my closet, she did my closet in a rush and complained about that she had a job earlier and it was getting late to pick up her daughter, I reached out the next day expressing how unsatisfied I was and sent her an image of what she left me with. She responded and said she doesn?t mind coming back but she?s not feeling well and is booked until the 13th. I reached out again and I got no response. She is undeserving of the $295 which is a bizarre amount to charge for the mess she left. I will be contacting the company directly to request a refund and file a complain "

Although most of my career was as an Executive/Personal Assistant my passion has always been interior design and home improvement. For years I worked as the Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer at JPMorgan Chase. One portion of the Risk Dept. was fraud. Identity theft, credit card fraud and mail fraud. It forced me to look at the world in a different way. It made me aware of the simple ways that criminals take advantage of people and their personal information. Unfortunately senior citizens become a prime target for bad people. This became my primary focus of my business. When I work with families that are moving mom or dad into assisted living or retirement communities my priority is to protect their personal information.
