"I hired Salgado’s to repair our 17 year old paver patio and walkway. The pavers were sinking and stained, and moss was growing between them. Greg and his team took great care with leveling the patio, stoop and walkway. They clearly know what they are doing. They removed all the plastic edging which was lifting and shifting and replaced it with a special concrete product. They cleaned and sealed the pavers and the patio looks like new. Greg was on-site most of the time and kept us updated on their progress. I had other estimates and the price was fair. We are thrilled with the work and would highly recommend Salgado’s. "

"Words cannot explain how thrilled I was upon completion of the job by Daniel and his workers. From our initial appointment, Daniel explained everything that would be done, provided a complete sketch of the project for the Architectural Commission of our HOA, and provided me with a written summary detail and cost of the bricks, coping, flowers, tree, etc. Daniel's crew worked from the time they arrived until the end of each day. Instead, they skillfully constructed the wall and shaved the stones to fit perfectly around the curves so there are no spaces between the bricks, brought samples of the brick, prior to installation, and recommended coping to provide a unique appearance! Daniel and his crew also repaired my paver patio by lifting the sinking pavers around, installing new sand over the entire patio, power-washed, and sealing. My patio looks brand new! My entire landscaping in the front, sides, and back of our home has been transformed. We love it! "TMW was excellent. I wanted a paver patio installed but had drainage issues that needed to be addressed first. I received a few cookie cutter quotes from other contractors but they did not addresses my drainage problems. "Custom Paver Patio with Firepit I came across Brick Logik in my research for a contractor for our patio project. In reading the reviews of Brick Logik, it was clear that Adolfo Lopez got to know what each customer wanted and provided them with a completed project that exceeded all expectations! Adolfo came to our home and listened intently to what we envisioned. Adolfo was able to direct us to the best products for our project. The next step was for him to prepare multiple design options for us to review. Adolfo came back with three 3D renderings for us to consider. He was highly creative, and this was displayed in each of his different layouts. We chose multiple features from each of his different renderings and incorporated those concepts into our final design plan. We felt that Adolfoâ s introduction of a paver carpet for the grilling area with a herringbone pattern was outstanding! His designs were unique, creative, and stayed within our budget. "I needed some landscaping refreshed that Aerate 1 had done for me a couple of years ago. A tree and bushes were trimmed. Rocks were raised from the soil and replaced and slabs were raised and replaced Two flower beds were cleaned up and new mulch was replaced by a tree in the parkway. Mulch was added in all areas. Another area by front steps was cleaned up and leveled and mulch added. Hector came with the crew to explain everything and left. The crew did exactly what they were suppose to do. Afterward they did a good job of cleaning up the area."

"Frank Gonzales (owner) and the Emerald Bloom crew did an exceptional job relacing our paver walkway. Early Spring, they rehab’d the paver driveway, straightening bricks, etc. back to new status (installed 17 yrs. ago). They recently repaired the back deck masonary-bricked at a great saving, financially and in time. (Frank dignosed the source of the problem causing the bricks to shift & ameliorated the drainage issue at the time of the deck rehab. The deck bricks had tilted up against the house - others claimed the issue was due to settling/aging & suggested tearing out/replacing the deck!) in addition, Emerald Bloom’s lawn maintenance service is the best we’ve had.
