The blisters were cut open, allowed to relax, and rebuilt with compatible roofing materials before receiving new surfacing. Loose flashing along the bulkhead was refastened and sealed separately rather than being buried under another coating. The drains and strainers were cleared while the roof was accessible. Photographs and a marked roof plan identified two other areas that should be monitored but did not yet require work.
