"They came out on time and fixed the issue, but 1) it took 2 crew to complete the job as the first one didn't have the right tool with them; 2) they walked around in the house on hard-wood floor without PPE/shoe cover when dealing with sewer water back up issue and having the sewer water marks everywhere; 3) it was quite expensive; and 4) I have made a few calls and an email trying to talk with a manager/customer service, but no one answered or returned the call."

"Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."

"We hired Misha and his team to remodel our 1975 ranch house, which needed a lot of care and attention. This is one of the best decisions we have made! After bad experiences with other reno projects in the past, we were very worried about taking on another project. Misha put us to ease after our first meeting, and our respect for him grew every day. Misha’s team showed up every weekday and even on weekends until the project was done. My neighbor, who is a real estate agent, told us she had never seen such a professional and reliable crew. His men were friendly and very accommodating, they began to feel like family. Their incredible craftsmanship exceeded our expectations, including installing a huge customized master walk-in closet and a living room built-in unit. "Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

"DMV Kitchen and Bath just finished the second project at our home. The first in late 2022 was a major upgrade and enlargement of a primary bathroom and creation of a walk-in closet. We love it and it turned out gorgeous. The second project was finished in November 2024 and the results are even better. We needed to repair a room in the basement that had had water damage. We decided to include a variety of other updates for our home at the same time. DMV worked closely with us to bring our vision into existence. In the basement we now have a new fourth bedroom, including 2 large new closets along with new lighting, paint and doors in other rooms on that level. The large laundry room was gutted with new kitchen cabinets and pantries installed along with new lighting. The other 2 bathrooms in the house were upgraded to the same vanities and cabinets as the primary bathroom. Javier provided great assistance helping us with the design, selection of materials, and practicality of various ideas and solutions. David, as leader of the construction crew, was exceptionally good at communicating with us and coordinating and supervising all of the workers involved in the project. David and his staff did great work. We are very pleased with the final project. We highly recommend DMV."

"The service tech came to my home and did an assessment of the issue. Found the leak in the gas line, showed me where it was leaking. He told me what needed to be to fix the leak, gave me a quote, got his tools and started working. The whole process took about 30mins or less and he was done. I checked my burners to make sure the gas was flowing properly. Everything was put back in its original place and there was nothing to clean up afterwards. Great Job. I would recommend this company again."

"We had our master and hall baths completely gutted and rebuilt. We bid the project out to several companies, and DMV was immediately the most helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Luis and the team completed both bathrooms in about 6 weeks - and this was a full demo. The crew was extremely kind and courteous, and worked hard to minimize the mess and impact to our home. One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. Honestly this experience was a 10 out of 10, and I hope we can have them out for another project soon. Our bathrooms went from blight to bling in 6 weeks - I look forward to getting ready now!"
