"Summary: Incomplete cleaning, then they ghosted me entirely. Bit of a bizarre experience: I reached out to them after finding them on Angie's List. They got back to me right away that day, had a good conversation, and scheduled a cleaning. I'd asked during that initial chat that they also clean the microwave, they said sure no problem. The first cleaning was okay--bathrooms were great, but it was clear that they hadn't vacuumed most carpeted areas as there were still little bits of debris that even a quick pass would have caught. They also ignored the microwave entirely. They left me a voicemail a few days after the first service, asking for feedback. I called back, told them that overall it was good, but that if we were to move forward with regular cleaning, we'd like them to be sure and vacuum, and to do the microwave as we had discussed. No answer. Over the following three weeks, I left four more voicemails, asking to schedule our next cleaning, and recurring cleaning going forward. To this day they've never gotten back to me. If they're too busy to take on new customers, that's fine; just tell me. If they took offense at me pointing out their incomplete cleaning approach, that's bizarre, but, again, they could just respond and say they're not interested in helping us. To just disappear off the face of the planet is a huge inconvenience and now not only do we have to find another cleaner, we're a month behind on housecleaning, just because these folks couldn't be bothered to spend 30 seconds and get back to someone who was trying to give them money on a regular basis going forward. They did a decent enough job, and my initial impression and conversation were positive, so if there's a good explanation for this bizarre behavior, I'd be willing to talk it through with them... but as it stands, it's weird and unacceptable for a business to do this kind of thing."

"An excellent service, timely responses and coordination. Highly recommended!"

"This was literally one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had the detail that was done in my home is absolutely beautiful. They took their time and did everything under the sun that I could’ve thought of. I highly recommend GK home cleaning service!!!! I’ve gotten cleanings done in the area before and they have never done this good of a job!!! Gisele you are amazing!!!!"

"Karina and her team were WONDERFUL and they did an amazing job. My house hadn't been cleaned in about a month because I have two full-time jobs and broke my foot. I had no time and wasn't able to do it myself. So I hired her team and they came out and did a heavy duty all-over cleaning DETAILED job for the first time out - It was great to have everything so clean for the first time in that long. I keep my house pretty clean, for the most part, and have certain ways of doing things - hitting items, etc. They did seem to miss a few things here and there, like didn't go deep into corners on the floor in the kitchen. But I think it's just because they'd sweep through with a mop and not really scrub the floor like I do. I was just happy to have the floor clean, though. Karina is super sweet and you'll want to work with them. A few other cleaning companies are less money, but I would prefer to work with someone I trust. She's a gem. I had a work situation change, so I won't be needing her company as often as I thought, but will continue to call upon her as needed for special events down the line."

"Tara is a hard working woman. I hired her to clean my apartment. She may not go fast as other ladies I had before, but a most thorough one. She listens to my needs, that is most important."

"Omega did a great job cleaning my house. Would definitely recommend her services!!"

"This gentleman arrived on time. Worked all day cleaning everything in sight. My elderly brother is neat as a pin but is only good at minor cleaning. Heroic Cleaning Service has his apartment looking brand new. So grateful for their time and effort. So thankful I said yes to their proposal. The price was right in that it meets Industry standards for Philadelphia. Heroic is a company I gladly recommend."

"Very thorough cleaning with no fuss. Removed trash too. Definitely hire her and her crew. Quite efficient."

"Amanda came weekly to do a deep clean for us. It honestly was so fresh and smelled so clean by the time we would get home! It was such a relief having her come and do that while both my husband and I worked with a toddler and a newborn. I would highly recommend! Her pricing is also extremely fair."

"JCM Cleaning does an amazing job. The team is incredible for staying on top of regular cleanings to work around your schedule. They arrive on time and always deliver an A+ job. I would highly recommend their services to anyone."
