I provided detailed requirements and did not want them to upsell or claim. On the day of cleaning, the cleaner didn't show up. The owner scrambled to find another cleaner and I was pretty upset that it was messed up. But the efforts of the owner and his responses were empathetic. He did find another cleaner and started the job the same day. He followed up and communicated with me on what's going on. So I have to give him 5 stars on how he handled a difficult situation to a customer's satisfaction."

"Ok first, my house is spotless after clean geeks came! They cleaned everything and cleaned it so well. I think that this is the cleanest my house has ever been. I am so happy! Something else that they knocked out of the park that was really important to me was communication. They charge by the hour and are very upfront about how long it will take and the estimated total cost. If anything changes with the estimated time they will let you know and you can decide where to go from there. Just an all around great experience, I will definitely be using them again. "
