"Buyer beware!!! I have never had such a nightmare with this company. Save your money and your sanity. They installed a patio cover for me. It leaked immediately. This was two years ago. For the past two years, they have been out at least 7 or 8 times claiming to "fix" the leaks. The leaks were not normal patio leaks by the way. The leaking has cause 3 of the 4 lights installed in the patio to fail. Every time they come, it's never fixed. The leaks keep getting worse. They never follow up with me, I always have to call them. They do not manage their sub contractors at all. This latest round started just before Christmas 2021, it's now been three months, four visits later. They took flashing off, said they were going to let it dry out and put it back. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, I noticed rain on the weather , I called Trig who had to send them back out to put the flashing back on. They sent some guy to do some more drastic sealing or something on my roof, they claimed it was done.....see attached photos of how they left my roof claiming it was done. Also, never followed back up with me on a light they need to replace which is still burned out and filled with water from rains. Save yourself the headache please!!! This still isn't resolved. I have filed a BBB compliant to try and help me resolve."

"SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. Maiia from the office kept on following up with every question we had. We had the SES app that we communicated easier and saw pictures of our project throughout the process. We live half of the year in Russia and due to COVID we couldn't come back so it took a while until we were able to see how it came out. "Avi and his team of professionals at Finesse Remodeling did a wonderful job on our Kitchen remodel. He and Joyce at the front desk were always available by phone to answer any and all questions we had. His team was courteous and professional. After interviewing a few contractors and reviewing the glowing reviews from other satisfied customers, we chose Avi and Finesse to do the work. We had purchased a home and needed a full kitchen remodel. We also added some additional electrical work in the living room and entryway as well as continuing the floor tile work from the kitchen through to the service porch and 2nd bathroom. We also tiled the backsplash in the entire kitchen. (Avi's tile guy is amazing by the way.) We were on a tight timeline as we needed to move out of our apartment within a given time frame. Avi was very honest with us about his doubts about being able to complete the task before we were completely moved in but was willing to give it a try. A few small issues came up during the remodel that forced us to make some small changes to what we had planned. These are the kinds of things that one expects when remodeling an old house and finding those inevitable surprises in the original construction. Avi was very fair with the changes to the costs of the contract. One of the main things was the need to replace the main electrical panel to the house. To add the new power to the kitchen and new lighting, we were going to need to bring our panel up to code. We crossed our fingers that the original panel would be able to do the job, but alas we had to replace it. So between the installation and waiting for permits, that killed our timeline. Avi's team worked very hard to get everything completed in the house that would allow us to move in on-time and his team was able to complete the last of the work quickly and efficiently while we were in the house. Avi and team are great and we would use them again in the future."
