"Joe and his partner were so professional and polite! They came to clean my 11 blinds that havenâ t been touched in years and were filthy. Joe and his partner took them all down and cleaned them in their mobile van. Once cleaned, they hung them up and made sure we were satisfied with their serviceâ and boy, were we beyond satisfied! "My original call was handled politely by Ed and he clearly explained the process and verbally estimated the total cost based on the size of my house, we then scheduled the cleaning appointment. The on-site tech James and his assistant were on-time, courteous and professional. The cleaning was completed within the expected 2-3 hour window and no mess was left at completion. No issues were encountered during or after this service."

"Price too high for the quality of the service. Service adequate but not superior. Missed vac. sofas and chairs. Window blinds poorly cleaned. Very pleasant lady cleaner. Did a very good job in the bath and kitchen. Had a chat with the manager. Apparently a one-time failure. Partly my fault for not checking closely to correct missed areas or quality of cleaning. Will try again with more specific instructions. Manager eager to please so she gets my vote."
