"I gave Daniel a call and he came after half an hour. He inspected the whole roof and repaired the places where shingles were off and sealed the other shingles susceptible to strong wind. Very professional job that he did! Explained to me the pros and cons of different types of shingles and told me that my roof could probably hold up for another five years. And the price is very reasonable, given that he has to hire a driver to come here as well. He was polite and reasonable and asked for my approval to do anything. Highly recommended!"

"We had contacted Stolzfus Roofing late last year to be placed on their list for first thing in the spring.  They called us promptly at the end of winter and scheduled a time that they could come out to do the roof.  The workmen were very polite, worked hard, and were very cognizant to have a safe environment since it was a commercial property with people walking in/out of the building during the roof replacement.  It took three days for the work to be completed, and it looks great.  We are very satisfied with the overall experience of working with them, and the quality of work they provide.  Would definitely recommend again. <br />"

"My old roof (nearly 20 years old) sprang a serious leak after a a heavy rainstorm. I called Castelli Roofing the next day and the inspection was performed the day after that. I was not at all surprised to learn that the old roof was beyond repair. I promptly received an estimate for installation of a White Granulated Modified Bitumen Rubber Roof on my row house (typical South Philly style). The work was scheduled and completed within a week of my initial call to Castelli's. I was very happy and relieved that the work was done so quickly, thus preventing any further interior damage. Both the estimate and final invoice were very detailed and the final price included the installation of roof membrane vents and a new drain box. The new roof has a 15-year transferrable warranty. Also, it's energy efficient as it reflects UV rays; the temperature reduction on my second floor on a hot summer day was immediately obvious. Overall, I was very happy with Castelli's fast and excellent service and I highly recommend them to anyone finding themselves in need of of a roofing contractor."

"Excellent. We could not imagine this project going better! Jake Esh's approach to our project was extremely professional. He was very patient with us during the design / planning phase, and offered many suggestions that resulted in excellent results. For example, he suggested adding an additional two steps to the staircase going down to our yard, pointing out that the existing steps were steeper that they should be. Being seniors, we really appreciated the upgrade. Jake suggested framing the deck , and using the invisible nail system, versus the standard design. The Stony Ridge price quote came in lower that our other proposals that did not contain the upgrades. Jake and his men were extremely professional and considerate during the entire project, completing it well within schedule. Very, very detail oriented. They discovered a wood rot issue at the base of one of my walls , pointing out improper installation. They removed the siding, replaced the damaged plywood and properly replaced the siding at no additional cost. We were amazed, because they had a perfect right to charge us additional but did not. During the install I requested accommodations for me to install a fan on the Pergola. Again Jake installed a frame for me to mount my fan to at no additional cost. During the project we were so impressed that we requested they add installation of two doors. We were given a more than fair price, and the door installation was also excellent.
