"I had a new electrical line I wanted to run for a display light attached to a grandfather clock in our foyer. I also requested a switch be added to our wall panel by the front door to operate it. The job involved seeking a route for running wire behind the ceiling and drywall from our basement to the first floor of the house. The installation was complicated and obviously required a healthy amount of expertise in all respects. The work was accomplished with a minimal amount of mess (two small holes) and the quad switch panel added by our front door operates flawlessly. During the same visit they also replaced four decorative ceiling light fixtures and repaired a bad electrical outlet to boot. The workers were fast, efficient and friendly (even to my dog). I can't say enough about this company to do this justice. Very satisfied with my decision to give them a call."

"We got them as a referral when it was still ANGIES LIST. A couple of days after it was installed the light had started going out the fan was working okay but the lights kept going on and off every 2 minutes, they sent the same technician out trying to figure out why it was doing that. They didn't charge us a dime for the 2 and a half hours the technician (Jason) was here. It was incredibly nice for George Willy to not charge us for having Jason here for almost 2 hours. Nice gentleman, very good technicians, and they really know what they are doing."

"I had written a very satisfied review 8 months ago. That review was based on the fact that my outside 220V charger was working properly and the worked had been done in a professional manner. What I had liked a lot less was a bit of a mess which had been left behind and that I only noticed too late. Also when I met with Alan Pumphrey I had asked for adjusting 3 fans deep switches, a work which was forgotten. I paid my invoice upon receiving it, but at the same time pointed out the items I had not liked, which I thought was good feedback. Alan reached out to me with apologies, and when I mentioned that he had forgotten the deep switches he said "do not worry, I will take care of it". Sure enough a short while later the technician and an apprentice dropped by, on their way to another job, spent maybe 15 mn in my house, and fixed the issues. The next thing I know is that I received a bill for $ 262.50, that was what "taking care of" meant. When I complained, they agreed to take off the charges for the apprentice, but not the entire bill. What is leaving a bad taste is not so much the bill as the messiness of the procedure. No invoice was sent or agreed upon, leaving room for too much misunderstanding. And yes, it is worth mentioning that the whole issue started with the original work leaving a bit of a mess behind."
