"Patterson Electric recently wired up my garage for lights and upgraded the circuit I use for welding. He came fully prepared in an organized trailer and gave my kids a tour of it. Great work, great guy."

"From the very start I was highly impressed with Mr. Electric of Queensbury, NY. My first contact was with a rep, Morgan, who was pleasant, professional and efficient in setting me up with a tech within 2 days. The tech appeared on time as scheduled. He was professional, courteous and very careful about analyzing and remediating the problem. My electrical issue was highly unusual, but Gordon was able to resolve it, and he stayed until the job was finished. I am glad I was able to work with this company."

"George did an amazing job getting the Jacuzzi tub working again. He was thorough and very responsive. Definitely will hire G&W again."

"Excellent work. Would definitely hire them again."

"These two men were excellent. Showed up when they said they would, made the repairs and left the site clean and tidy. They are both good communicators and made me feel confident in my choice"

"WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. Very happy with the service, their professionalism, and work. I recommended them to our neighbors and would definitely have them install rods on any future houses."

"I had a great experience with this electrician! They were professional, friendly, reliable, and did an excellent job. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done properly and safely. I really appreciate the quality of their work and how easy they made the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled electrician!"

"Reasonable ,right upfront business with no nonsense descriptions of what you want as the customer. Would definitely use “Upstate Home Repairs” again!"

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"excellent work. would hire again"
