He was very courteous and professional, We agreed on a price and his crew, who were also very nice, came and did the necessary work. I am very pleased at how it looks and it only took one day. "From the initial project review by Bob, Pinnacle was thoroughly professional in its approach. Bob inspected the entire roof, noted where there were issues, and promised to deliver an estimate in the next few days. The estimate came through as promised, with a high level of detail, including how they would address the winter leakage issues I was experiencing, schematics of roof and what would be done where, how the surrounding area would be protected, and a detailed cost breakdown, with options. Though the roof is fairly large, with 3 skylights to be replaced and a number of peaks and valleys, Pinnacle estimated it would take two days. As it turned out, the materials were delivered on day one, but the forecast called for heavy rains, so work couldn't start. When they came back, John, the foreman arrived early in the morning and let me know they were sending a large crew and would work a longer day to try to finish everything that day. Amazingly enough, they did just that. John and his team stripped the roof, installed the skylights, and had the new roof on and the entire area immaculately clean before they left. John kept me informed of their progress and made sure I didn't have any concerns during the day and before they left. That evening, Bob made a follow-up call to ask how things had gone. The level of professionalism and skill of the entire team, from Bob to John to the team working on the job was absolutely top notch."

"JTC first built an excellent side porch/deck to replace unsafe non-functional stairs. Built like a fortress with quality materials. Beautiful Trex Transcend decking. They communicated well and understood our requirements, kept the promised schedule, cleaned up when finished. We were so pleased we decided to have them also build a new front porch, which they completed in short order. John and Dale were a pleasure to work with and we have received numerous compliments on the finished projects. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"Joe and his crew were terrific! Joe responded to my request for a quote immediately, scheduled a visit within a day of my contacting him and gave me a quote the day he visited to look at the project (no other contractor I contacted was able to give me a quote right away). I had several questions before the demolition and build began and he called, texted or emailed me right back with answers whenever I contacted him. His crew arrived on time every morning, were professional and worked very hard the entire time they were on site - they were never sitting around. There was a little rot that needed to be repaired when the old deck was removed and the crew did a beautiful job cleaning that up. "The job, which included 5 new skylights and a large shed, was started and completed on June 24, 2019 I first learned of NGR from two neighbors. One is a principal of a construction company, and the other is a nearby homeowner who just had his roof replaced by NGR. Both gave NGR the highest marks. Their sales representative, George, came to our home and was both informative and patient while we made our decisions. He prepared all the paperwork and registered all the warrantee information on our behalf. Shortly thereafter, the owner, Chad joined George for a site inspection and coordinated everything precisely, like a military exercise. The day of the installation went without a hitch; including a very thorough cleanup. The next day, aside from our beautiful new roof, you could not tell that they were ever here.
