"From start to finish we were treated with courtesy and respect.  We initially wanted to repair some kitchen drawers.  The salesperson, John, came out several times to address our concerns, mentioned (gently) that we might want to do the bigger job.  We mulled, they waited patiently.  We went to their location to see examples of their work, and we mulled again.  We went for the refurbishment, and were not pushed at all to go above or around our budget by adding a sink and counter tops which they also do.   It is truly pleasant when you do not feel pushed, but are allowed to make your own decisions. <br /> Once we went through the choosing and the measuring, it came to the day the work was to be done.  The crew is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.  If something is not right, they work hard to make it right.  They do not nickle and dime the client for any minor changes that come about during the process.  Any concerns are addressed immediately and thoroughly.  This only takes 2 days to do this job, vs. 2 weeks to bring in new cabinets.  There was nothing wrong with the interior of our cabinets, and we weren't in a position to do a complete kitchen re-do.  My kitchen looks completely new in my eyes, and the workmanship and quality of materials is much higher than if we had done a kitchen re-do. <br /> When we do "Chapter 2"--countertops and sink, we would go straight to them.  We highly recommend Jade Enterprises."

"He went thru the electric from one end to the other checking every thing he could find, found out that he had to change a wire in the plug to change it back to 120 power instead of 220 which the electrician did. then he needed to replace a transfer switch, the fridge was out that took a heater unit to repair it. Also took a new microwave the old one got fried as every thing is 120 in the whole trailer or 12 volt. tuck chased down a new microwave and installed it! he explained everything he did to make a non electrical wiz like me understand. he was a really good guy new what to do how to do it and tell you what he did. he was here quite a while."
