When we had questions or concerns, Higgins was there to listen and adjust the plan to meet our concerns. We had some damaged wood that was in need of repair and they took care of that for us. We were also provided some other recommendations to make sure that areas were sealed properly, and they took care of those areas for us. Lastly, their suggestions for painting certain trim work and gutters different colors, really did a number for bringing the whole look together. The whole time, they were committed to making sure that we were happy with the work being done, and that was very comforting to know. They do quality, professional work, the paint lines were clean and no runs or spills. They sanded and plastered some areas of the wall and ceiling requiring repair, and touched up nicks and chips in the trim paint. They are polite and friendly.
