I want to compliment the electrician, Jon, who solved our problem, after an initial visit from another technician from their firm who could not diagnose the problem. The problem was simple but unusual. We have a switch box for a backup generator connected to our breaker panel and someone (probably me) pushed a switch into the wrong position, turning off that circuit. Jon noticed the switch problem.
