"First, Joe (the owner?) was extremely responsive and patient throughout the entire process! I submitted a request and honestly wasn't even sure that they would take on such a small job. Joe agreed to do it, and then the waiting game began. I have The World's Worst Homeowners Association, who are extremely UNresponsive, and it was several months of back and forth with them before I was able to get the light installed. Robert (the installer) was super personable and even offered an idea for an alternative installation location so that the big silver box wasn't the first thing you see right next to the front door where the outlet is. He also explained how additional lights (such as path lights) can be added along the wiring in the future when my budget permits. I did think the price was a little high to begin with, but then again I also could never have done this myself!"

"I wanted to take a moment to express how happy I was with D&D Landscaping and lighting. Dean did a fabulous job diagnosing and repairing my non working landscape lights. Dane found the short in the wire, rewired and installed new lights. The work was done meticulously. While working on the lighting I mentioned something about my Sprinklers. Dane stayed a little longer and made an adjustment to my sprinkler heads so the the grass that had burned would come back to life. Lastly, Dane came out on Fatherâ s Day so they I wouldnâ t miss any time from work. What a guy. "I highly recommend Northscape .John and his crew did a fantastic job redoing my entire backyard, patio and sidewalk. The patio and sidewalk were sloping down about 45 degrees towards my basement after the polar vortex. They removed all of the concrete , raised the dirt, and poured in new concrete. My backyard desperately needed redoing. About 1/3 of it was always flooded after heavy rains. John and his men built a retaining wall on the end of the property to help correct this problem. The yard was also raised and sodded. Everything looks great! This year I plan to have my driveway and sidewalk done along with the front yard. I was very impressed that John worked alongside with his men. I highly recommend Northscape."

"Igor was phenomenal from the start! We wanted to install 4 recessed LED lights in our living room ceiling. He responded to our inquiry quickly and offered to come to the house on the weekend when convenient for us. We talked through what we wanted to do and he asked a lot of really good question to understand what the challenges might be with the project (which way do the ceiling joists run, are there any HVAC runs in the ceiling, how much light do you want, what type of light, etc.). Once we covered the basics, Igor suggested a few options and talked about each. He then asked if we had any questions. My only question was "What would you do if you were me?" We talked through it and agreed on a plan. Igor was then very flexible in working around our work schedule. He did the work today and I was happy to see that his estimated time to complete the job was spot on. He was incredibly clean and quiet while working! He covered the entire room with drop cloths and cleaned up so the ceiling looked like the lights had always been there! I highly recommend Igor to help you with your electrical needs!"
