"Rusty and his colleague was vert friendly in the beginning, installation was smooth. The cost of the skylights installation was probably slightly high considering the amount of time spent for installation, (paid $1300 for less than 2 hrs of work) but I agreed since I thought Rusty could be reliable person to ask for help going forward. Problem is the followups. My installation was done on Mar 9th 2022, and I have been asking for the receipt and the warranty information of the Skylight, but still in the phase of requesting. No response on the phone or email, which is a disappointment since I was trusting his personality."
