They communicated with me by phone, email and text to let me know off the schedules and any chances. Did the work with a team of 5 and large, well-kept machines. removed the stump and removed all the debris and place was in perfect condition (minus our dead tree) when they left. final payment request came in promptly and was easy to pay online.
