"<p>The job took one evening and we had to schedule another half a Saturday, but that was due to weather and beyond Terry's control. He safely climbed some very tall trees to cut down dead branches. While trimming our big oaks, he was careful to paint the spots where he'd removed branches to prevent oak wilt from infiltrating our trees. When cutting of a particularly large branch, Terry would tie it off so that it could be safely lowered with a rope by his helper to avoid damage to our deck or its railings. "Lindus Construction is the best. They installed new roofing and Leafguard gutters to repair damage to our house caused by a hailstorm. The totally new roof was installed in just one day. Replacement Leafguard gutters were installed over several hours on a second day. Materials and workmanship were excellent while Lindus’ workers, supervisors and sales representative were all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of our questions. What really makes Lindus a standout company is how they responded to and fixed a roof rainwater leak that developed after their work on our roof – and the leak turned out to have been caused by another company who had been repairing our chimney at about the same time. Lindus’ employees immediately came to our house to inspect the area where water entered and, because it was wintertime, made plans to fix the problem as soon as it was practicable. It took several attempts to fix the problem permanently but throughout the process Lindus’ employees never doubted us and cheerfully responded promptly. After they tracked the source of the leak to chimney flashing that was incorrectly installed, Lindus’ employees didn’t hesitate to fix the leak anyway and at no charge to us. To make sure we were satisfied and knew that the rainwater leak had been fixed, they invested many hours in finding and fixing a problem that was not their responsibility. "Complete Renovations remodeled our two upstairs bathrooms. Jon was exceptionally easy to work with. He is patient and detail oriented, open to suggestions while never hesitating to offer suggestions of his own. He managed a terrific team of subcontractors, scheduling them in a timely manner so the work progressed smoothly and keeping us informed of who would be on site when. Jon was present regularly to keep an eye on things and handle any problems that arose. The result was two new bathrooms with all the changes and additions desired: lovely natural stone tile work in the showers and around the vanities, beautiful custom-made vanity cabinets and linen storage, wall heaters and new lighting, a soaking tub, and toilets converted from wall-hung to floor mounts. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished project and would definitely work with Jon again."

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "The footprint of the roof, including the overhang is about 2200 ft ^2. There was a window well cover damaged during the roof removal process. This was underneath the drop tarp placed around the entire house and garage. Someone may have walked on it without realizing it was there. This was old and I am planning on replacing it. The contractor provided the plywood at no cost to me and he did leave some OSI caulk with me in case I find anything that needs to be patched. I have not found anything as of now. The remote irrigation system water sensor attached to the old gutter disappeared. The contractor did order a new one and will personally install it. <br /> The roof replacement was completed in one day. The rest of the job took a little longer. The project did fall behind by one day  day because of rain. <br /> A final inspection was conducted by both myself and the contractor. Aside from the little things that occured (I'm patient,) I found <br /> that one of the 3 exterior doors needs to have trim placed on the jam. The contractor will install this when the senor arrives. The cleanup job was well done; The crew even ran magnets over the grass and driveway to pickup any nails. I was even able to place of the trash from what I removed around the house - including old roof shingles inside of the garage - inside of the dumpster. <br /> All in all, I'm very pleased with the outcome. I do trust that Everlasting Exteriors will stand behind their craftsmanship and will fix anything that I may find wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend Everlasting as a roofing contractor. <br />"

"Gary did a great job. He got right to work and repaired the sink after disconnecting the garbage disposal and drain pipe. He finished the job in about 1 hour & 15 minutes and left the area clean and vacuumed. The bill was very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again."
