"Eduardo and Reyes Loya remodeled our bathroom removing an old bathtub and old tile from the walls. They built wall nichos, retiled the floor, smooth finish on the walls and painted, replaced an old vanity and shelf, rewired the outlets and adding an outlet for an electric bidet. They installed a new vessel sink and shower . The river walk design on the walls was beautiful. They were professional, honest and not only thorough but detail oriented. They communicated with us from start to finish. They cleaned up after each day and hauled away the debris.I highly recommend them to everyone. "They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."

Five different roofers, with high ratings, exaggerated their estimates, or adjusted their estimates to almost double when they actually walked the roof. Dave and his crew were very honest and reasonable. The crew always arrived on time, were very polite, hard working, and they clean up after themselves so well they left my yard cleaner than when they started. I was very impressed and relieved at their professionalism. My roof was finished in early November, and I waited until the first big rain storm and snow storm to see how the roof would hold up. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"We were extremely happy with the whole process.  Ramon came and gave us an estimate the day we called even though he was in Gallup that morning.  Chris and Sergio arrived as scheduled to start the work.  We were concerned the pillars might be load bearing, but Sergio and Chris quickly showed that was not the case and they assured us our roof would not cave in.  Ramon, Chris, and Sergio all were very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. Chris came back on day 2 and finished the job. Ramon told us from the beginning it would be a 2-day job. Chris was diligent about cleaning up each day.
