"Jason who is the owner came for the estimate and was very easy to talk to. I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn't try to oversell and we decided on exactly what would be best to meet my needs. After a few rain delays the crew arrived on time on the appointment date. Crew was quiet and efficient. They had the old roof off with some wood replacement and the new roof on in about 10 hours. Steep roof with dormers. They did an awesome job of clean up. I did have one concern after the job was done and that was about chimney flashing. Jason came personally and totally re-did the flashing to much better than it ever was and on a Saturday! I also had three estimates and Cousins was by far the best. Overall excellent experience, the roof looks great and Jason is very easy to work with."

"We had used Always Perfect to clean the windows in our home in March and were very pleased with the work they did. This time we hired them to repair/replace some split boards on our two decks and walkways. We also had them power wash, stain the decks and walkways and replace and paint some wood around the garage door. They also replaced the landing in front of the gazebo with new wood. Tom and his team of Josh and Timmy were fantastic. They arrived on time, did what they said they would do (plus more), and left the worksite clean. When the job was finished our 20+ year old decks looked like they were brand new. I would definitely hire them again. They are reliable, conscientious and do A+ work."

"We hired this company to wash the siding on our houses. They showed up when promised and cleaned not only the siding, but the foundation,roof facia, roof shingles and our shed. <br /> On the itemized estimate/bill the roof shingles and shed should have been an extra charge. We did not ask to have them done, so I was prepared for an arguement. To our very pleasant surprise we were not charged for the extra services. He said they did the extra services in hopes of good word of mouth and perhaps some future business. Smart businessman! <br /> The were fast, efficient and did not ruin any plantings that were close to the house.
