"Wow! From start to finish, A Clear View was fantastic to work with. We never had to have our windows cleaned before and so I went into the process not knowing much. My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. Every year I would say, “Well, it would be a much prettier sunset with clean windows!” My dream just came true!!!!!!! Thank you A Clear View Window Cleaning. "This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

"Flora and her crew did a phenomenal job with the deep cleaning I ordered! The last tenants of this place ordered cleaning, but there was still dust in the vents and lingering food scent. Flora and her employees exceeded my expectations and cleaned every nook and cranny, including the doors, which still had some crayon marks. I’ll definitely be using their services again. 5 stars!!!"

"Damien did a great job cleaning out my ducts- he was there all afternoon, showed me a few problems with my ducts that the previous owner had screwed up on, and pulled out a ridiculous number of odds and end that had ended up in the vents. His service was cheaper than another I compared it to, and he did great work. I'd like to say a note on customer service, though- I scheduled a noon appointment with him on a Monday when I was working from home. Noon comes and goes, no show. I get a message at 12:20 saying he'll be there about 40 minutes late. Okay, fine, I'm still here working. I call him back, no answer, and say to come on over at 1. It gets to 1:45 and still no call back and no one's shown up. At this point we're getting close to the end of my workday and I need to leave the house around 3:30. I call again and he says he'll be leaving Baltimore in 15 minutes. So he was going to show up at 3:00 for a noon appointment?! I said let's just reschedule, it's too late for me. So he we agreed on Wednesday, when I wouldn't be home but my father would be. [My father was visiting, so this worked out, but I would have preferred to be there myself, and if my father hadn't been visiting I would have had to take a day off work] At the end of the call, he called me "sweetie." Quite unprofessional and very awkward. So overall Damien does great work, but the customer service could be improved."

"Using chimney sweep clean was a great experience. They were awesome about setting up the appointment and when they came they were very polite and courteous. We have a new house and never used our system and the tech took the time to show me all the ins and outs. I would definitely recommend!"
