"Very responsive and always polite. Crews did a careful job removing the roof, keeping noise to a reasonable level, installing and cleaning up. The only down was an unplanned increase in the amount of replacement wood needed but perhaps that cannot be fully anticipated before seeing the state of the roof. Very good service, they handled everything."

Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome.
