"More like Unreliable. I spent $2,000 for shoddy work. They installed a gate for my front yard and within ONE day a piece of the gate fell off and went missing. After going back and forth with an associate named Luis Ramirez they tried CHARGE ME for the parts to install myself. Do not use this company. It is not worth the money and they have very poor customer service. I will be writing the better business bureau next."

The work was timely, and he had the part completed and back to me less than a week from the time we first spoke. We had to re-finish our basement after a pipe burst, and Torin made it easy to meet the requirements of our insurance agency.
