Paul is an honest business owner and maintained good communication with me throughout the entire process. "Poor Workmanship & No accountability. I hired Creation & Renovation ~2.5 years ago for a $25,000+ backyard project. It looked good at first, but now multiple areas are failing. My pavers are sinking and separating because they were installed over crushed sprinkler lines, which compromised the base. They attempted repairs once, but the same issues returned. Several pavers are loose, uneven, and unsafe. The artificial turf I paid a premium for is also lifting and separating across a large area?clearly poor materials or installation. When I reached out, I was told it?s ?out of warranty,? which is unacceptable given how quickly everything deteriorated. The owner?s son comes across as friendly upfront, but there?s no accountability when problems arise. Overall, the work does not hold up, and customer service is disappointing. I would not recommend them"

One thing I really appreciated was how he consulted with me along the way before moving on to the next step, he made sure I was happy with what had been completed and that what he was building matched what I had envisioned. He was eager to take on the project and stayed engaged every step of the way, which made the whole experience much smoother. "Antonio wanted 75% up front then a few days later he said the pavers were not available in Orlando and it?s an additional $800 for delivery from Jacksonville then midway through the project he wanted an additional $1200 for a load of fill. At the end there pavers were loose they used play sand instead of polytechnic sand so all the sand washed away. When I confronted them they said it would be an additional charge for polytechnic sand. So I would not recommend this company and beware if you do business with them. Mint very honest people at all. "

This company seems to keep changing their name frequently ? Be very cautious"
