"Many delays. Several call of cancelling appointment at last minute. The power coating took forever. When the power coating was finally done, he didn't have time to come install it. When the hand rail was finally delivered, the power coating had long scrapes because he didn't wrap them when transporting it on top of his truck. Used wrong gloss spray paint to cover up the scratch. I saw that the welded joints have pits and pots so I asked him if he did the work. He said that his apprentice did the work. Had him fix the joints which means removing the power coating and using the wrong gloss spray paint to cover the work. By this time, it was getting dark and I didn't catch many other joints that weren't done correctly. He went to China the next day for Chinese New Year and would not be back for a month. Many joints under the hand rail have already started to rust after half a winter. <br />"
