We are a company based on knowledge, quality, and professionalism. We employ trained professionals to do all of our own work at this time and have enough employees to not need subcontractors. However, after starting the job, Warren claimed there was more work than expected and asked for additional payment. This was disappointing, as we had already agreed on the scope and the price. If the job was underestimated, that should not be my responsibility. Furthermore, instead of removing the leaves as discussed, they were just mulched and left in the yard — which was not what we agreed upon. When a price and scope are agreed on in advance, the expectation is that the contractor completes the work as promised, not change the terms midway. Not recommended!"
