"We moved into a new home on Jan 3rd. It has rained quite a bit and led to a repair performed by the homeowner failing, resulting in a leak by the 11th (a Saturday night). With rain in the forecast for the next several days, I make a desperate phone call to Bonafide Roofing Sunday morning, I expect no return call until Monday. To my surprise (and relief) I get a call back a couple of hours later and I'm told that William will be at my place by 4 PM EST ... on a Sunday! He arrived at 3:45 PM, met me with a smile, handshake and a business card. He removed his shoes, came into the house and I showed him the problem. He was on the roof and zeroed in on the problem in minutes. He performed the repair on the spot, quickly and efficiently and put everything back together as it originally was. It started raining shortly after William left - but we were nice and dry :) The following day I receive a phone call to make sure the repair held ... He didn't even take advantage of the weekend / urgency! solid, honest and good old fashioned quality service."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"We got our new roof 2 years ago, we are still completely satisfied. Anthony was quick, he paid attention to the details and took care of everything for us. He met with and dealt with the insurance company. He worked during the day and his crew was done by the time we got home in the evening. He left our yard better than it was when they arrived. For 2 years we have had the best roof in the neighborhood. Recently our neighbors replaced their roof with one of the big name company's around town. Once they were done we were surprised (pleasantly surprised) to see that our 2 year old roof was noticeably better looking than their brand new one. THAT is pretty impressive."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."
